Westernport Model Aircraft Club (WPMAC) is a member of the Victorian Model Aeronautical Association (VMAA).

What data do we collect?
WPMAC collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Emergency contact details (Name and phone number)
- MAAA member number
- Wings Ratings
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide WPMAC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or request to become a member WPMAC.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?
WPMAC collects your data so that we can:
- Register you as a member and manage your web site account and membership.
- Email you with information about club meetings and events
If you agree, WPMAC will share your data with our partner companies so that they may provide you with services required to permit you to fly (mainly insurance).

- WPMAC member registry held with our registrar and secretary
WPMAC will keep your data until you request deletion. Your email address may be kept indefinitely so that we can track people that no longer want to receive email updates from the club. You may request us to delete your data if you are no longer a club member.

WPMAC would like to send you information about Club meetings and events related to our common interests.
If you have agreed to receive these emails, you may always opt out at a later date.
