Dont forget that our next meeting will be immediately followed by our AGM. This will be held Sunday Aug 11 (time 11:00), at the clubhouse. BBQ Lunch and raffle will also be on after the meeting.
Nominations for new committee members are now closed. Any positions that have not been nominated by now may be open for members to volunteer during the AGM. If more than one member volunteers in this case, members will vote for that position. If you wish to take part in voting and cannot attent, please contact a committee member for a proxy voting form.
There will be a few votes a this meeting. Spend on new camera system. Spend on defibrilator, and also voting for new committee members.
We also want to set a date for a working bee.
